Policies
CANCELLATION
All reservations are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made 60 days prior to the check-in date will be refunded in full. Reservations cancelled more the 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations made less then 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.
ID CHECK AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
Photo ID will be required at the time of booking and check-in. A $300 security bond will be charged before your arrival. This will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 day’s notice.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside any Luxuria Apartments. This includes balconies and patios.
CLEANING
Our team carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than eight weeks we provide a complimentary monthly cleaning service. More frequent cleaning is available at an additional cost.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
While we will try our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out’s, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.
In the case we can’t accommodate your preferred times our standard times are as below:
Check-in: Anytime after 2pm
Check-out: Anytime before 11am
Please Note: If we are not able to accommodate your early or late check in/out request there are a selection of luggage storage facilities across the Melbourne CBD including the Southern Cross Station and Flinders Street Station.
PARKING
Secure car park is available for an extra $20 per night. Parking is limited so please contact us prior to making a booking to ensure a space is available.
TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN
For groups with young children, please note that this apartment is not fitted with any child safety guards – you are welcome to book if you accept this and full responsibility of your child(ren).
Please Note: Upon request we can provide a travel cot and/or high chair for an additional fee. This price will vary depending on the length of stay. Please inquire before or after booking.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Such an amazing stay, beautiful spacious apartment, so clean and styled so well. The views are great! So nice to wake up to this! Some great places to eat and drink are only a short walk away, as well as a great burger shop downstairs. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay.
