How are our properties different to a hotel room or serviced apartment?

Luxuria Apartments offers interior designed apartments that are larger and more comfortable than hotel rooms and serviced apartments. Our apartments offer fully equipped kitchens; in-house laundry facilities and many offer exceptional views over the Melbourne skyline. At Luxuria Apartments no two properties are the same so you can be rest assured knowing the property you book is exactly as per the listing photos.

Our apartments are located in residential buildings so guests can feel part of a community, especially during longer stays. Located in modern residential buildings also means guests have access to the building facilities which can include gym, pool and sauna. Please refer to the listing page to confirm what facilities each property has to offer.

 

What is the minimum stay?

Our minimum stays vary from 1 – 7 nights depending on the property, availability and time of year. The live rates displayed will apply to the current length of stay, so you can book online at any time.  Alternatively, contact our helpful reservations team with your dates and we can confirm minimum stays for you.

 

Do you offer Internet access?

Yes, WiFi is included in the nightly rates. Please note this includes reasonable usage only. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full information.

 

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted inside any Luxuria Apartments properties. This includes balconies and patios. An additional cleaning fee will apply.

 

Is parking available?

Car parking options vary for each property. Please note car parking is not included in the nightly rate.  Please refer to the property listing for additional information.

 

How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made through our website, via email enquiry@luxuriaapartments.com.au or by calling our office on +61 3 9995 3470.

Online bookings must be paid by credit or debit card. For email or telephone bookings, we also offer payment via Electronic Funds Transfer.

 

What is the Refundable Security Deposit?

Prior to the commencement of your stay, Luxuria Apartments will deduct an amount from your credit or debit card by way of a security deposit. Luxuria Apartments will be entitled to make deductions from this credit or debit card in the event of any damage to the Accommodation or its contents. Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days from check-out, less any additional costs incurred.

 

How do I check-in?

We have two types of check in procedures depending on the arrival time and property.

Key collection: We have a selection of collection points around the Melbourne CBD. All of these are have an attendant to personally hand over the keys. Most collection points are within a 1-2minute walk from the apartment address.

Personal meet and greet: One of our team will meet you at the property upon your arrival.

Please note photo ID will be required at check-in for either procedure.

The relevant check-in procedure will be outlined in the pre-arrival communications we send you via email so please ensure you have access to these prior to arrival.

 

What time is check-in and check-out?

While we will try our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs, we cannot guarantee your requests. Please inquire before booking.

In the case we can’t accommodate your preferred times our standard times are as below:
Check-in: Anytime after 2pm
Check-out: Anytime before 11am

 

Do you offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out?

As our properties do not have physical receptions on site, we are not able to store luggage for you at the property prior to your check-in time or after you check-out.

If we are unable to accommodate your early check-in or late check-out request there are a selection of luggage storage facilities across the Melbourne CBD including Baggage Storage by Smarte Carte and Southern Cross Station.
